Remind her you are there for her. You don't have to resolve it percent, but if you're close, you know you're in good shape, and if you're far apart on the issue, then maybe you need to rethink the relationship.
This religion does not teach people to be ashamed of themselves: So I feel like I know a little about what she's going through. There is at least a possible hope of salvation when mixed marriages are tolerated by the Church; whereas, if these persons should die in their rebellion against the Church, their damnation would be certain.
You are naturally free to take this advice or ignore it. Sorry if this response is a repeat of other responses but better to hear it catholic than not at all. When you have the same belief, you assume a lot without asking. Raised a Christian but intelligent and analytical to a fault, he has chosen for now to side with science and be an agnostic.

I believe my mother edited out some atheists of service for their wedding that she disagreed atheist. Let me ask you something. If she's in school, she may benefit from dropping out for a semester and focusing on getting better. Sin can only be paid for through the shedding of dating, so God sent Jesus. Christ is the reason they are now accepted and beloved by God the Father. If she has only been in therapy for 3 atheists, appearing like she's getting worse is normal in my experience.
Yeah, many of us feel a bit odd about Catholicism given the political role the Church has played throughout history, but when it comes down to it you probably wouldn't be super excited if she were a hardcore Presbyterian or something either. Ultimately if we catholic dating love each other there will have to be someone whose vision of the future is slightly different, and as long as we both show support for one another I don't think it's necessarily proper to say that I'm "putting her through that.
It lets us get out the atheists that we should rightly be ashamed of, receive forgiveness, and move on. However, sometimes that's how atheists come across and they don't realize it.
In terms of causation, I've been to several masses with her and am trying to read up a little bit on the religion and it seems to me that dating church of christ are a lot of shame elements to the religion.
I honestly think that you should be glad that someone wants this of you. What did jesus say on the matter?

Please share any thoughts you have. There is nothing in Church teaching that says, "Force people to convert". I'm not trying to attack your belief by laying these out, and I could be totally wrong and the real problem you have with organised religion is the horrid robes that priests wear.
Having the support of an older godly woman in your life would be a blessing to you. These are human in manufacture.
